CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to guestservices@chefadjepong.com
Because this is a curated experience with limited capacity and pre-arranged services, the following cancellation policy applies:
CANCELLATION BY GUEST
Booking deposits are non-refundable after 14 days of purchase.
More than 120 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits, processing fees, or third-party charges already incurred.
More than 90 days before departure: 80% of the total tour cost excluding booking deposit is refundable.
More than 60 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost is refundable.
This program is non-refundable at 60 days ahead of departure.
All refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original method of payment.
Guest substitutions may be permitted up to 14 days before departure, subject to approval.
CANCELLATION BY ORGANIZER
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the tour due to force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund of payments made to the organizer, excluding non-refundable third-party costs. The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses such as flights, visas, or personal arrangements.
